Love them!
I've seen some scathing reviews on these pans but the set we got (not sure what generation) have worked GREAT! I held off on writing a review until we used them for a while (Purchased Aug 2025 - Review Dec 2025) to be able to give my honest opinion. Previously, we had purchased a more inferior brand that wore out quickly with chipping, sticking, and some wouldn't even trigger our induction burners (Grrr). The Green Pan Valencia Pro set has exceeded our expectations.NON-STICK FRY/SAUTE & SAUCE PANS: As per the instructions, we start by heating the pan on a low-med heat, and then add oil, followed by food. Overall, the non-stick feature performs well, although on occasion, eggs will stick but can be easily released with a plastic spatula. Additional foods with no problems include chicken, salmon, burgers and fried rice. Lastly, ours Saucepan has a very slight dome which can cause the oil to drift to the edge of the pan. I'm a little disappointed in this since we rarely use high heat, but we still love the pan.The lid fits nicely, and other than the handle can get a little hot, no problems with steam collecting between the glass and metal, like our other set. This was important to us because it made cleaning the lids a breeze. With our old set, food steam and grease collected in the grooves making them almost impossible to properly clean and they'd smell of old food and seem unsanitary.NON-STICK POTS: We primarily use these to make rice, quinoa and oat meal; again no problems with sticking, the lids fit nicely, and easy to clean.CARE/CLEANING: Once cooled down, we hand wash these. For some, this might be a pain but these clean up so easy, it's not a big deal for us. We haven't had to do anything special to maintain the non-stick coating, other than use nylon utensils, and we rarely cook on a high heat...when we do, we raise the temperature gradually. I don't know if this helps extend the non-stick coating, but has worked well for us.OTHER: These babies are heavy - the only time this presents a challenge for me is when emptying the contents into a bowl, etc....specifically the 3.5 QT Saucepan that doesn't include a "helper handle". They take a while to completely heat up (could just be our stove) and we're not 100% sure they heat evenly but our food still comes out good.Providing the quality of these pans remain, we will continue to purchase them in the future.

Very much non stick and scratch resistant
Just buy them! I debated this set among others. I was worried the negative reviews saying it’s not nonstick and such. I’m so glad I went with these. I was looking for a non toxic option in cookware. If you follow the instructions these are very much non stick scratch resistant and super easy to clean. I have a gas stovetop and have learned the key to cooking with this is to NOT OVERHEAT. lol I kept the temp at low and 3 when cooking eggs. I washed with water and a scrub daddy and wiped it dry immediately after use. It says to not use cooking spray and only use oil. They are very durable and heavy duty but still light in weight. Anyway, great set!

What a joke
These “nonstick” pans are useless. Not only does stuff stick to them, they’re so hard to clean and get everything off. They also scratch easily. SO NOT worth the price.

I'm so in love with these pans
I bought this set to replace my non stick pans that like most, have become less non stick over the years. I was immediately impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of both the pans and the lids. One of my big irritations with my previous lids was the deep edge where the metal and glass met that always got gunk up in it and was a pain to clean. These lids are much better designed with a sealed tapered edge that eliminates that issue. The pots and pans are heavy weight and beautiful looking and have never once done anything but allow the food inside to gently and easily glide around. Nothing sticks to it, not even burnt sticky glazes. The other feature that made me so happy are the completely flat bottoms. My small egg skillets were tapered bottom like most brands and on my gas range they often tipped over as they didn't have enough contact with the grate and the handle was heavier than the empty pan. No worries about that with these as the pans are quite weighty and the flat bottom ensures perfect stable contact. This has been by far the best investment of cookware I've ever made and I've tried countless brands spanning vast price ranges. I hope they last for a very long time with no issues as I love using them and have no desire to go with any other set. These warrant a full 5 star rating and I highly recommend them.

TOP RATED INDUCTION POT SET!!!! #1
GREATEST POTS I HAVE EVER OWNED!!!! OMG these blow caraway, caphalon and All Clad away for INDUCTION. They are stunning to look at and they have glass tops so you can see your food. They do not chip and the exterior stainless has this new something that keeps it from scratching and they look brand new. They heat evenly and I have had nothing stick to them. I have never been so excited about my cookware. You can purchase a steamer that sits inside as well. LOVE!!

These Pans Checked the Boxes - But They Are Very Heavy
We needed to replace our old Teflon-coated pans and spent hours researching "green" pans before choosing the GreenPan brand. We wanted something non-stick, easy to clean, and that distributed heat evenly. These pans exceeded our expectations. I offer one word of caution to anyone considering these pans - they are very heavy. My husband and I are in our 70s and sometimes find them difficult to manage when trying to drain liquids from the pan. We wanted 3-ply stainless steel; so, it doesn't seem fair to lower the rating on what is otherwise a perfect pan.
