Love them!
I've seen some scathing reviews on these pans but the set we got (not sure what generation) have worked GREAT! I held off on writing a review until we used them for a while (Purchased Aug 2025 - Review Dec 2025) to be able to give my honest opinion. Previously, we had purchased a more inferior brand that wore out quickly with chipping, sticking, and some wouldn't even trigger our induction burners (Grrr). The Green Pan Valencia Pro set has exceeded our expectations.NON-STICK FRY/SAUTE & SAUCE PANS: As per the instructions, we start by heating the pan on a low-med heat, and then add oil, followed by food. Overall, the non-stick feature performs well, although on occasion, eggs will stick but can be easily released with a plastic spatula. Additional foods with no problems include chicken, salmon, burgers and fried rice. Lastly, ours Saucepan has a very slight dome which can cause the oil to drift to the edge of the pan. I'm a little disappointed in this since we rarely use high heat, but we still love the pan.The lid fits nicely, and other than the handle can get a little hot, no problems with steam collecting between the glass and metal, like our other set. This was important to us because it made cleaning the lids a breeze. With our old set, food steam and grease collected in the grooves making them almost impossible to properly clean and they'd smell of old food and seem unsanitary.NON-STICK POTS: We primarily use these to make rice, quinoa and oat meal; again no problems with sticking, the lids fit nicely, and easy to clean.CARE/CLEANING: Once cooled down, we hand wash these. For some, this might be a pain but these clean up so easy, it's not a big deal for us. We haven't had to do anything special to maintain the non-stick coating, other than use nylon utensils, and we rarely cook on a high heat...when we do, we raise the temperature gradually. I don't know if this helps extend the non-stick coating, but has worked well for us.OTHER: These babies are heavy - the only time this presents a challenge for me is when emptying the contents into a bowl, etc....specifically the 3.5 QT Saucepan that doesn't include a "helper handle". They take a while to completely heat up (could just be our stove) and we're not 100% sure they heat evenly but our food still comes out good.Providing the quality of these pans remain, we will continue to purchase them in the future.
