What a great set of cookware. Our previous non-stick ceramic set was getting long in the tooth, and not very non-sticky any longer, and these fixed that immediately. Easy to use and clean, and while the handles aren't as robust as others we've used, they appear to be plenty serviceable. Being induction-ready is a future benefit we hope to use.
These are awesome! No more food sticking when it burns! Just like the pots and pans commercials on tv!
Like it a lot. I just wish the sizes of the pans were more aligned to the traditional ones which are larger.
I like the coating, it's super slippery and eggs just fly right out of the pan! It's easy to clean, I've been handwashing them since I want them to last longer.
Bought a Green Pan for eggs last year as a test drive. It held up so well I bought the BF set. No complaints so far and they get the job done.
I purchased this set because I got a new induction range. Luckily I got it on sale during the last Amazon Days. At first use I loved it - very non-stick, easy to clean, easy to use, things browned well, and quite beautiful really. I was about to write a very positive review HOWEVER, I now have about a 1/4" chip in the bottom of the midsize saucepan! I've only been using these pot for a few weeks. I have been VERY careful using them - no metal utensils, no dishwasher, soft sponge only, they are not ever nested or stacked when stored and I am the only person in my household. I got rid of a lot of well loved pots and pans when I got the induction and looked forward to new things but I am beyond disappointed now. To make matters worse the Greenpan company has not responded to my complaint after promising to do so within 24 hours and Amazon has ignored me too. Do yourself a favor and do as some of my friends have done - just buy a less expensive set from Carote or Sensarte. They seem to hold up well without so much fuss.
I myself, have just used them on my new induction range for a week. They provide even cooking, easy clean-up. Great quality. I would recommend to anyone.
