I love that this pan is designed with copper. It has some weight to it. The pan with the lid weighs 3 pounds. It is durable. It heats up fast and distributes the heat all throughout the pan. The surface of the pan is smooth and performs well when cooking. I also find it to be very easy to clean. Hot water and soap will easily make this pan look like new after it has been used. I am happy to have found this. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful Pan
This is a beautiful pan, and a real pleasure to use. It has a nice weight and is a good size to saute a side dish of vegetables for a family or cook a main for a couple.The pan’s shape makes flipping food or mixing really easy and the heat distribution across the bottom of the pan is very even. I used it to char corn for a salsa and it did a great job of cooking the corn without burning it. The corn was also really easy to clean off without much effort.The copper exterior is beautiful, and it did patina pretty quickly, but this is my first copper pan so I wasn’t sure what to expect. After a few uses it is still beautiful and I’m very happy with it.

This pan is absolutely beautiful and feels solidly built. The copper cladding gives it a premium look, and the handle is comfortable to hold. Restoring the copper color after each use.
The reason I chose this cookware was for cooking high heat recipes and be safe from toxicity of all these fancy looking cookware. I tell you upfront that this is not a good choice if you have your pots and pans in plain view. This is because the copper changes color after use and you have to polish it with products in order to regain its original good look, the photo shows one that I polished and the other after use and washing. Even though we keep our pots and pans in kitchen cabinets my wife wants it polished for next use. So this adds polishing with the cream and another round of washing. They are heavy, the 10 inch pan in the picture weights 44.55 ounces. A bit of stickiness but on the whole I have peace of mind knowing it’s one if not the top safest cookware. Have fun cooking.

Gorgeous pan
This is a really great pan! I had no idea it would be so heavy and beautifully made.It's incredibly sturdy and made of stainless steel. The exterior is copper-clad and has a beautiful brushed finish. It includes a glass lid and the inside is marked with measurements.I've only cooked in it once so far, but it's fantastic. It heated evenly and held the heat. I reheated some soup, and nothing stuck.It's easy to clean, but does require handwashing. I will try cooking eggs in it and will update this review once I do.If you're looking for a substantial, quality pan, you can't go wrong here.
