Basic set of tongs that work well, but price point seems a bit high
These are good basic tongs. They are easy to squeeze - not too stiff, nice smoothed edges, and the locks hold really well. I picked these up to replace some older tongs where the lock stopped working. The silicone (rubber?) grips are a really nice touch. Nothing on these make me think they won't last a long time. Good range of sizes including for all kinds of cooking and noting that the 14 inch is long enough to use safely while grilling.The price point seems high especially if you don't really need 3 sizes. And unfortunately, though they came clean and neatly packed in a box - the box showed tongs with silicone-edged tips. But I got the ones shown with the product. If they had been silicone, the price would have made more sense.

Excellent Metal Tongs, High Quality, Highly Recommended
I love to bbq, and have many, many pairs of tongs... metal, plastic, rubber, silicone, etc. These are top notch metal tongs, which is very high quality. Two big pluses are that they can stay closed when you pull the circle hanging end to keep it closed. And there is a circle/loop end for hanging. The tongs are very good quality, and while not super thick metal, it's much much better than most tongs. I would rate this between heavy duty to medium tongs. These are not those weak, thin tongs that you might think they will bend. These won't bend. I would prob put this near the same quality as OXO or Gorilla tongs... which are top notch. These are not as thick as the commercial NSF Heavy Duty tongs... those are much much thicker, and used in commercial kitchens.This set also comes with three self adhesive hooks, which prob won't last, but something is better than nothing.If you are looking for bbq tongs, or something that's better than medium duty, these would fit the bill, and you won't be disappointed.

Good for BBQ Use
These tongs are decent for the price. I don’t use them for everyday cooking because I’m afraid they might scratch my non-stick pans, but they work well for outdoor barbecue. The three sizes are handy, the locking mechanism is smooth, and they’re easy to clean.The stainless steel is a bit thinner than expected, so the overall quality feels average, but they’re still practical for grilling and occasional use. A useful set to have on hand, just not my first choice for non-stick cookware.

They work fine
Mid tier stainless steel tongs. Heat resistant up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit so great for grilling. The different lengths were wet useful for my cooking needs. They felt well weighted and sturdy, but they did stick when opening and closing from the tab at the bottom of the tongs. They function fine other than the tab sticking making opening and closing them a little annoying. One of my tongs had staining on the inside which I found disappointing considering they are new. Decent for the price but I would personally choose a different option next time.

Versatile set. Love the locking mechanism!
After my last pair of steel tongs bit the dust recently, it was time to order more. The sizes in this set cover all the bases from turning chicken in a skillet on the stove to flipping burgers on an outdoor grill to reaching for food cooking over an open campfire.My favorite thing about these tongs is the locking mechanism. Most tongs have a metal collar that you slide down the length of the tongs to lock them, but with these, you pull on the grey circle tab at the end joint and voila, they're locked in place. So much easier to store. I've only used the short ones so far, but I really like cooking with them. Handling food is easy and the grip reliable. Are they the highest quality tongs you can find on the market? No, but I anticipate being able to count on these for years to come.

I wouldn't use it in a ceramic pan
They're a lot more sturdy than I thought they'd be but our last tongs were made of silicone. I like the fact it comes in multiple sizes so it's a lot more versatile. The grip is really nice as well, makes it easier to hold them for longer than a few minutes at a time. But I just barely started dicing up some hamburger with them and it immediately started to scratch our ceramic pan. But I could see them holding up nicely in the summer bbq's.

I got this set because I always keep two types of tongs going when I’m cooking raw meat, one stainless and one silicone, and my old stainless pair finally snapped after years of use. These open and close smoothly without sticking, so swapping between them while cooking has been easy.
