So glad I have this tray set for grilling!!
I bought one of these from Aldi for my dad for father's day this past June. He loved it so much that he wanted to get everyone in our family one. At that time, I didn't do a lot of grilling so there was no need to get ME one. Since then, I purchased myself a grill and have been doing a lot of grilling. Unfortunately, Aldi no longer sold these and I wasn't able to find them in stores anywhere. Then I found it here! I decided to order it for myself to see what all the hufff was about and I must say, I am very happy I did.I usually use a normal plate to bring in my grilled food and a lot of times, I almost drop pieces or leak juices on myself. Not anymore! With this tray, I no longer have those issues! The bottom is just deep enough to hold back any liquids and the top is perfect for allowing any extra seasonings to slide off while food is being placed on the grill. It eliminates the need to need 2 plates when grilling because you can bring food out on the lid and back inside in the bottom.It's a large tray and it can hold a ton of food! Even large items like corn on the cob still inside the leafy greens or several 20oz ribeye steaks! It's not heavy, so there is no worry about having to carry it with heavy food inside/on top. It washes up nicely too.The instructions tell you exactly what soaps are approved for washing and how to tell of your dishwasher is safe to clean this item. I am very pleased with this buy and think that my tray is 100% better than the trays we bought for my dad and family from Aldi! Not only is it bigger, but it's deeper and can be washed in the dishwasher where the Aldi tray cannot!

Serving Trays for Multiple Use
These are awesome trays that I use when I’m cooking anything. They’re great because I can season meat on it, store meat to rest, or season some vegetables on it. The trays are very sturdy and are the perfect size. They weigh like nothing because they’re made out of excellent quality. They're dishwasher safe, which is a big plus in my mind. I got it for a great price, and I’m glad that it came with two in the order. The storage capacity on each one is a lot.

BBQ trays
These trays are made out of very hard material and great for marinating meat, grilling and cutting the meat. They are very hard and heat resistant so you can put meat on without worrying about melting plastic and can even slice the meat on it without worrying about cut marks.

I purchased this two pack of grilling and marinading trays by BEESEN in the red and black combo. I was impressed when I opened them as they're very solid and durable feeling. The red tray is quite deep, roughly 2" so it's a great tray for marinading your steaks overnight in the refrigerator and the black tray serves nicely as a regular serving platter.The quality is outstanding. These trays are solidly made with 100% pure melamine and with excellent attention to detail. The deep red tray has raised lines along the bottom surface so that your meat is not sitting directly on the bottom surface but is lifted up slightly so the marinade is able to get around and under the entire contents. It's also deep enough so that you can continue to add more liquid to the tray as the meat absorbs it over time. The black tray comes with raised dots on the bottom surface so that your cooked meats don't stick to the bottom. All in all, they really thought of everything when they made these durable trays.They are dishwasher safe, but the 100% pure melamine they're made can warp slightly when put under extreme temperatures such as the sterilization that a dishwasher provides. In order to prevent any chance of that happening, I'd recommend just handwashing them to be on the safe side and these trays will last many years with care. These trays would make a perfect gift for the "griller" in your life and I highly recommend them.
