Beautiful, elegant, perfect
These are the best olive bottles & spouts I’ve ever owned. No moving parts, easy to use, attractive. Only thing it needs really is a label, which I might just put on the bottom. Make sure to drizzle oil on the joint between the bottle and spout when refilling, and again if you haven’t used that particular bottle in a while.

Design Meets Function.
I operate my family’s manufacturing business at which we cold-press gourmet pecan oil for cooking. In order to be a good rep for our product, I need to test our oil in a variety of applications, but taking home a finished bottle every few days was out of the question. Cue this little number! This vessel is absolutely gorgeous and functions exactly as intended. The spout lets out just enough oil for the perfect drizzle, and I don’t have to perform any yoga poses when setting back upright to avoid drips down the side of the bottle as the flared collar catches every drop on its own. Excess oil flows down through a notch at the base of the spout, ensuring none of that precious oil is wasted! It even came with a little trivet to avoid scuffing the bottom of the glass. The design is sleek, aesthetically pleasing, and the glass is thin and delicate. Everyone I show it to is surprised that it is not 4x the price as the quality is of a more expensive product. The only tiny tip I have is, after first use, pop the spout out and back in with some pressure to ensure a secure seal. I did have a mini oil spill at second use when the spout came out, but have not had a problem since re-setting.Totally recommend, so much so that the rest of the family will be receiving to store their oil as well. Now I need one for vinegar, and one for flavored oil, and one for…mouthwash? That would actually be pretty cool…

Great quality & No Leaks!
I’ve had this for a few years now and very satisfied with quality. It’s never leaked or cracked. I’ve purchased a few different brands before and wasn’t happy with how brittle the glass felt or how long the necks were.Works well for soy sauce, vinegar as well. I wouldn’t suggest using it for olive oil unless you go through it quickly or keep it in a dark cool cabinet. Olive oil should be kept in an opaque or dark container away from light.

Easy to knock over
Prefer the cruet with the wider base as this design was easily knocked over and broke.

“Milk Street” oil bottle
Wanting a stylish olive oil bottle on our counter, I searched Amazon high and low and found this… perfect match to the Chef’s and I’m not disappointed in the least, it’ has the dripless funnel spout I wanted (there’s a small indent for oil to drip back into the bottle not out!)A+++++ item!

The stated height is wrong
I bought this to reduce clutter; I needed a cruet that was under 8 inches tall to fit my shelf. This cruet's size was stated at 7.6 inches, so I bought it. The actual size is just over 8 inches, so this cruet has added to my kitchen clutter rather than alleviating the clutter.

A Nice Oil Decanter
Prior to this, I'd been using a squeeze bottle for oiling my pans as I cooked. The major problem is that the oil from the squeeze bottle drips down the side of the bottle and eventually to the countertop and the bottle sits in oil on the counter. I got this to combat that and it does the job perfectly. Bonus is that the top is actually a funnel for refilling. Make sure you actually put a little pressure on the nozzle when reinserting b/c it's etched glass friction setting just like a decanter. This way the nozzle doesn't fall out as you dispense the oil. I love how precisely I can add oil to the pan when I cook. I currently use this for neutral oil (canola) but I will probably get one for olive oil soon.
