Great Stuffer!
IMHO, 200 lbs. of sausage in: Excellent product. Easy to load, easier to clean. You will stuff casings in half the time it takes to put them on the tube. Leaves just a couple of patties worth of sausage at the end, just right for tomorrow's breakfast. The easy to clean plunger vent works very well, effectively eliminating air infusion issues with reasonable loading care. Very glad I followed a friend's advise, "get the 15 lb. unit." He bought the smaller stuffer. He loves it... he loves mine more. It's easier to stuff 5 lbs. of sausage in a15 lb. stuffer, than it is to stuff 15lbs. of sausage in a 5 lb stuffer.

A great machine but best when 2 people operate it
I think this is a great, strong and reliable machine. I have made hundreds of kilos of sausage with it.The only problem I have is that I did not realise that a horizontal stuffer is best operated by 2 people. Until now I had a vertical stuffer from a different company that broke and thought a horizontal one would be better. The only regret I have is not ordering the vertical machine, which I will probably order in the future when I want to upgrade to a larger sized stuffer.

Great value for the money
Great value in large manual machine. Fits about 26 pounds of ground meat. Double gearing works well. Stainless tub cleans well. No issues on this device. I would buy again. Most recipes call for either 5-10 or 25 pound batches, so a full batch of sausage will fit in machine, which saves mucho time. Have made about 300 pounds of sausage with this stuffer with no issues.

Worth every dime I spent!
I finally used this sausage stuffer. OMG! It was sooo much easier than my grinder/sausage stuffer attachment. What took me over 30min to stuff 5 lbs of meat only took 5 min! It was so easy. This stuffer is very well made. It is easy to set up and use. I loved it so much I couldn't rate it lower when I found this barely holds 5 lbs. This is definitely only a 5 lb stuffer. So if you make bigger batches you will need to stop in the middle and refill the canister, or get a larger stuffer. Very little waste (meat that doesn't make it to the casing) with this horizontal stuffer. I still would highly recommend this stuffer. I can only imagine the other sizes made by this manufacturer are of equal quality.

Great Stufferq, Great product
Very nice stuffer, nice and big. When you make sausage in 25lbs batches this is a very big and smooth operating stuffer. We have the Hakka smaller stuffer ibelive its a 7lbs one, and up graded. We use it making Brats, cheddar cheese brats and jalapeño cheddar cheese brats and it work's great. I recently purchased the Hakka pattie maker and it works great together.5 stars, fast shipping, great products

Stuff it!
Don't know how I ever made sausage without it. Had been using a KA mixer to grind, and stuff which required at least 3 hands and was slow and painful. With this stuffer, I was able to stuff 6lbs of bratwurst by myself in about 5 minutes.6lbs of meat fit into the cylinder without about 1 inch to spare, so it could hold close to 7lbs depending on density. Plan on 5+ to be safe. After ordering, I realized the difference between this stuffer and the Hakka Stainless Steel stuffer (other than the paint) is the tubes. This has plastic tubes while the other has stainless tubes. I thought that might be a problem, but the plastic offered no noticeable resistance when stuffing. If you're trying to decide between a horizontal or vertical stuffer, consider these points:1) The horizontal needs to be located near the edge of a table, or elevated on a platform several inches high, to allow rotation of the crank arm.2) The crank arm on the horizontal is lower, which might make it more comfortable for vertically challenged people, or those with bad shoulders.3) The horizontal has a lower center of gravity, so it is very stable. I did not clamp it to the counter when stuffing, and it did not move or wobble at all.
