It's a great product. Just make sure the meat is packed in tight and you don't have any air behind it when you put the Piston down otherwise it makes the perfect meat Cannon. I wish I had a video camera going at the time because it was rather hilarious
Arrived yesterday and I used it for 60 lb of meat sticks today.Really impressed. Was worried that it wouldn't be quick enough but only used level 3 out of 10. I've seen some people saying that the motor gets hot but it did not at all for me.Got the 15 l version and it holds very close to 30 lb of meat.It is quite heavy, but I suppose that's the trade-off for a strong motor.The only thing I wasn't really impressed with was the delay between the time you depress the pedal and the machine reacts. It's a little longer than I would like but I can certainly live with it.
Excellent! I had purchased a similar machine twice already, with very poor performance and very low speed. I had already lost hope for my churros making, but this machine is excellent. Motor is heavy duty and performs really well. The heat is indeed a concern, specially because my dough is hard to squeeze, so I just give it a break and go back as needed. I only use it for churros but I am sure it works great with sausage stuffing. I recommend it.
For personal use, it is a great machine. We use it almost every week and we make well over 5 to 800 pounds of meat for sausage monthly or even every two weeks sometimes and it has not disappointed yet!
We’ve processed approximately 15 buffalo, 700 deer and several elk and no problems yet. We absolutely love the machine and will probably buy again if it goes out tomorrow.Update: we’re still using this machine and it’s not given us any trouble. We’ve processed 24 elk and 700 deer this year and it’s holding up fine.
I purchased the stuffer but had some problems with it. Hakka was awesome trying to find out what was happening over the phone. We just couldn’t get it working properly. They emailed a shipping label and replaced the unit. Replacement got to me promptly. GREAT STUFFER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Highly recommend this electric stuffer
