I had the same type in the black and those had the black coming off. Soooo I needed something cute functional and wouldn’t be shedding. So I got these. They have a good weight. Fell sturdy and look good. I do think I don’t need the tiny fork size. But hey.
I love them, they look so luxurious. They have a good weight and sizes to them aswell. Matched them with my gold chopsticks ☺️The only thing I’d note is to not leave them submerged in water for long periods of time as the gold will come off if left for too long but that’s more of a user issue than product issue.
Beautiful silverware set. I was hoping the silverware would have more weight to them, but they do feel heavier than other sets I had ordered.I do appreciate the size of the silverware and the size of the head of the silverware, as the length of other sets I had ordered looked as if they were made for children…Though my one complaint about this set is the size of the head of the salad fork… It’s more the size of a dessert fork.I would still recommend the set. (Circled fork in picture shows the comparison of the size of the head of the salad fork compared to the size of the my old silverware set. It’s definitely smaller than average salad forks.)*Note: The silverware is a beautiful gold color, but appears darker because of my lighting and speckled countertop. Also, not as thick and hammered as appears in stock photo.
I love the way these look! I can only wash them with the utensil side down though or they slip through the dishwasher silverware holder so if that’s something that will annoy you, then just something to be mindful of!
After dealing with the same set for nearly 15 years and moving to a new home, I said it was time for an upgrade. So I picked these. I was found of the design which is different than most but also the hammered look. They are a bit thinner than other sets and holding them at first feels different. I like how shiny they are and even though that they look thinner that are rigid and feel durable.
Would not purchase again.The color washes off. Better off just going to Walmart
