I’ve used it probably three dozen times since Christmas, and it has held up beautifully.This whisk/egg beater makes mixing faster and easier than a regular whisk. It works great for scrambling eggs, mixing batters, and blending sauces. I’ve also used it for whipping smaller amounts of cream and it worked really well.It feels sturdy and well made — the stainless steel is solid and doesn’t bend or feel cheap. It mixes smoothly without a lot of effort, which I really appreciate when I’m cooking quickly.Cleanup is easy too — I just rinse it right after use and it’s good to go. Tip: it works best in a deeper bowl to prevent splatter.I’ve used this repeatedly since Christmas and it still looks and works like new. For the price, it’s a great little tool that I’m genuinely happy I purchased.
