I’ve been using this for a month now and really like it. I’ve only used it for heating up water but am glad to know it can be used for different purposes and look forward to trying out other functions. I like the neutral color. It looks great and high quality. It’s easy to clean and is a great value for the price.
I'd give it 5 stars for functionality but I docked it one star for confusing documentation. The main function, boiling water, is explained fully. But what do I do with the attachments? One plastic thingy looks like it might be for hard boiled eggs? And the soup cup looks promising but there are no illustrations as to how to use it. I'll figure it all out eventually but the lack of good documentation kind of dampened my appreciation for the product.

This hot water pot is amazing! I love the built-in tea leaf compartment.. it brews fresh tea effortlessly. Heats water quickly, easy to clean, and perfect for daily use. Highly recommended!

Really wanted to like this item, but unfortunately it started having issues after 2 months - right past the 30 day warrantee. There is a QR code for "extending your warrantee" but that QR code no longer works.Water boils over and damages the electrical components, even if fill up to the lower fill line. So you would have to fill way under. Quality assurance is not as good as expected for this price point - would recommend spending a bit more to get a more reputable brand.Also the outer layers are not glass, they are made of plastic. Only the inner layer is made of glass. Item details mentioned this, but I must have misinterpreted it as the entire case made of glass when this describes itself as a double-layer glass electric kettle. It is technically double layered. But inner layer is glass.The glass portion is only near the touch pad.
