Great heat protection on top of Breville convection/toaster oven. Folds to size easily, wipes clean

Using this on top of my Breville convection/toaster oven to protect/shield the shelf above it from heat.I used to just have a cutting board sitting on top of the oven and though that helped a bit, quite a bit of heat still radiated up.I knew this mat was a bit too big and I initially planned on cutting it to size, but I folded it and that works just fine. I put the cutting board on top of the folded mat and that also helps it lay flat. The doubled thickness and cutting board also provide more heat protection as well.Great quality and though I haven't needed to clean it, the finish wipes well and seems like it would clean easily.
