These scissors seem very well made with high quality materials. They have a very nice and solid in-hand feel...and you can actually feel the quality in-hand. The blades are very sharp and cut great with little effort. Durability does not seem to be any type of concern with these scissors. The ergonomic soft grip handles are also very nice, as is the forward finger rest...very comfortable in use. And although I have not yet used the herb stripping feature, it is nice to have. As is the bottle opener and pull tab can opener. These scissors work great for us left-handed people...which is nice. I also like the fact that they can be easily taken apart for cleaning or sharpening, as well as the fact that they are dishwasher safe. All and all, this is a great pair of quality kitchen shears.Bottom line, this set a quality pair of all purpose kitchen scissors. They are very sharp and comfortable in use. Well, hello there, shiny little metal munchers. These kitchen shears arrived, and let me tell you, they feel substantial enough to stop a small, very confused bullet. The blades, crafted from what I can only assume is some mythical, alien-forged steel, are so ridiculously sharp they practically hum with a bloodthirsty eagerness to slice and dice. The micro-serrations grip onto anything like a desperate ex-lover, preventing that annoying slip-and-slide dance that usually ends with me losing a finger or, worse, my dignity.And the titanium coating? It's like they dipped these bad boys in a vat of pure invincibility, because food just slides right off, refusing to stick around and make a mess like some unwelcome houseguest. The handles, bless their soft, rubbery hearts, fit my clumsy paws like they were custom-molded, even if my hands are more accustomed to holding a remote control than a culinary weapon. They even bothered to make them work for both lefties and righties, which is just terribly inclusive.The best part? They pop apart like a transformer toy, making cleaning an absolute dream, especially after I've wrestled a whole chicken into submission. This is really what I was going for. No more scrubbing weird crevices with a toothpick and questioning my life choices.And those little herb-stripping holes? Genius. I usually just use my teeth, but this is less embarrassing.
