I purchased these to replace a ~ 40 year-old pair of Italian-made solid stainless steel poultry shears. While my old shears were good they had been going into decline; mainly at the pivot. Ergonomic and suitable for cutting chicken, duck, and turkey. Given the price and performance - a great value.
