I've wanted a Hadley & Bennett apron for years. I'm so glad I finally made the purchase. The quality of the fabric and straps is top notch. It's sturdy without feeling heavy. I'm a large lady and the straps aren't too short. I really like how the cross back design is comfortable and doesn't cut into my neck. This is the Cadillac of aprons. It's worth every penny and more. It also washes well.

I was excited to learn that Hedley & Bennett is now available on Amazon! I own a couple of the H&B essential aprons already, but I wanted to try their cross-back one. I absolutely love it! It’s so comfortable, and it's the same high quality I have come to expect from H&B. The material is durable, but my favorite features have to be the pockets and towel loop. The pockets are great for storing things like a thermapen and the towel loop is extremely sturdy. It even accommodates my larger-than-average dish towels! This is not my first H&B purchase, and it definitely won’t be my last. Their aprons also make great gifts!
I bought this as a birthday present for my friend who is an executive chef. He is pretty tall about 6'1 and this apron fits on him perfectly. Sometime the aprons look like little mini dresses on him but this one actually sits a little lower on his legs so it doesn't look silly on him. The color is nice and the material is great, not too thin or thick, with a good iron and it looks great. The cross back is also a plus especially with my friend being tall, it sits nice and adjust very easily.
Gave this as a present so don’t know how it will fare in the long run, but can say the quality is outstanding. Very strong material. I can see this being used for years. It is pretty stiff coming out of the wrapper so comfort might be questionable until it’s been washed several times. This would be great for people using large smokers etc.
Bought this as a gift for someone who watches Tasting History a lot and who has her own food company. Excellent service from amazon dot com for fast delivery to Canada, far superior to what was available on amazon dot ca. Pricey but worthwhile.
