These silicone mats are fantastic. They really upped my sugar cookie game. They help the cookies bake more evenly and give a great texture to the bottom of my cookies. I did unfotunelty get the wrong size baking sheet to pair with these so pay close attention to the sizing! The clean great and are holding together well. I also have never had any of my sugar cookies stick to them unnecessarily.
These work well however they are slightly smaller than the measurements described.

I have never used silicone aerated mattes before. I'd never actually cooked on regular silicone mats. I chose the perforated ones simply because of reviews on what works best for sugar cookies to decorate. These work amazing. The cookies did turn out soft after I corrected the timing. They wash up really well little bit of soap and water and a brush to get through the little holes. Very easy to use. They are a pretty good size, it'd be nice if they were a little bit bigger. They look really nice! They seem to be very durable and they will last a long time. The cookies definitely had a good taste and did not need to use any extra flour or oil to bake. The only thing that would be nice is if the sides that you don't actually use to cook with that are not perforated were stiff because it is hard to get them in and out of the oven without them flopping.
Do what they need to do. Quality.

My cookies don’t burn anymore even if I forget about them in the oven! the cookies stay in place and these fit my pans perfectly.
