The Man Pan
This is the best pan I have ever owned. I can cook a pound of crumble bacon, with a pound of sausage, & then add 2 Dozen eggs for breakfast burritos without spilling anything. Buy a quality plastic pan scraper for easier cleaning. The handle shape could use some improvement, it should be more substantial & it heats up... They knew it would, they put a notch to help people keep their hands further up on the lengthty handle, however lifting a full pan to empty contents into storage containers requires you to use a single handle & a utensil at the same time. The last thing I would change it the handle on the lid should have a flat spot so that you can stand the lid upside down when it's hot, so it's not leaning on the counter top. It has a wonderful shape otherwise & the depth is also great, even though it won't stand upside down without great effort, it won't spill a drop of water onto the counter. I will have this pan for the next 50 years, & I'll be buying more of their products. It has room for improvement, however it is fairly priced & the quality is unequivocal.

It worked out perfectly for cooking Indian style curries.Followed the stainless steel best practice to preheat on medium before adding oil and continue cooking on medium. It gets hot enough on medium flame.Tip for cleaning: After finishing cooking, move your food into another vessel and wipe the skillet with a moist paper towel. Makes it effortless to clean later with a dish soap.

Coating flaking off after only a month, no response to warranty claim.
for $600 I expect any pan I buy to last, especially when it comes with a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, the nanobond pans do not. I bought two, and one had the titanium coating start to flake off on the first use, with only silicon utensils! it's absolutely ridiculous that a pan this expensive would start to break down this quickly. I cannot recommend anyone buy these pans.

Good for everything
This is one of my favorite pans ever. My only complaint it that the handles are too narrow for this size pan. I have neuropathy in my hands and can't grip the handle tight enough to tip things out of it.It's works as a frying pan, saucepan, wok, Dutch oven. Corn popper, etc. it is very versatile.

Beautiful and Functional
It is pricey, but its a very nice looking pan that can be used for a lot of dishes. Easy to clean, sears meat nicely, and it is not real heavy so easy to maneuver on the stove. I have All Clad and Demeyere which I love, but this is my favorite all in one pan!
