A very functional work of art
I spent a little time looking for a high-quality stainless steel pan for baking, and finally found the Hestan brand.It's beautiful, a work of art, while providing a very functional pan for baking. I wanted the high-quality stainless steel for protection from aluminum, also a very important feature.It also has a high enough lip on the side, so that any liquids don't spill.It's a little heavy, and at first I tried picking it up by the right handle. That was hard to manage, so I starting using two oven mitts so as to be able to pick it up by the handles. And then I figured out that I can easily pick it up with one mitt by gripping the middle of the closest side. Once I figured out that little detail, I use the pan on a daily basis. If you want a beautiful, safe and functional baking pan, look no further.

The best made sheet pan
An absolute beautiful, well made easy to clean sheet pan. I would have give it 5 stars but my only complaint is Heston is heavy. They are the pinnacle of sheet pans for sturdy , warp free sheet pans. Expensive yes, but very well worth it. Watch because they occasionally do go to a lowest in 30 days price which will save you money.

Top-notch pan that justifies it’s premium price
The best of many sheet pans I have had over the years. Key advantages:1. No non-stick coating to come off and be eaten with your food.2. Good weight and no warping when exposed to high heat.3. Comfortable handles.Only potential disadvantage is that there is a bit of a learning curve to understand how to get the best from this fine pan.
