Excellent Sharpener, Worth the Upgrade
A good knife sharpener is a must in every home. Try cutting a tomato with a dull knife and you’ll know exactly why. I had a basic sharpener from Marshalls that worked fine until it completely fell apart.I decided to splurge on something nicer, especially since I seem to be the designated knife sharpener for my whole close and extended family. This one is awesome. The rolling design is easy to use, and the different angle guides make it simple to get consistent, professional results. The knives come out incredibly sharp. It feels well built, and the multiple discs give you flexibility for both restoring dull knives and fine polishing. Just be careful afterward because the knives are seriously sharp.

The 15 and 20-degree angle options are perfect. It even works well on curved tips if you just pivot the handle slightlyGreat sharpener! The angle guide is very easy to use.

Great quality sharpener 3 stars
Mine was delivered yesterday. The roller is very easy to use. You can hear it working . The only downside issue I noticed immediately is the magnets aren’t strong enough to handle much pressure. I recommend the sharpener very good quality & it runs the full length of the blade on a kitchen knife I put an edge on my old Buck knife too. Upgrade the jig magnets I would give it 5 stars then.

Will make your blades nice and sharp, but be patient.
This little gadget is awesome! I'd been sending my knives out to a place to be sharpened. Not necessary anymore! My knives hadn't been sharpened in a while, so it took some time to get them really sharp again. I started with 50 passes on each side of the blade, with each of the 3 grits. Still wasn't enough, so I started the process over again. I guess what I'm saying is, don't fret if it takes a while to really get your blades sharp, especially if they are dull. Just keep doing passes of 50 or so on each side with each grit, starting with the coarsest (400) and ending with the finest (3000). It may take several iterations, but you'll get your knives nice and sharp with this amazing tool.
