Definitely commercial quality!
Top quality materials and fabrication. Smooth, quiet operation; fully extendable; definitely holds advertised weight. Converted a very difficult to use, almost useless, lower kitchen cabinet into a fully functional, very useful storage space. This was especially important for us older folks who no longer find it easy to get on our hands and knees to search out and store/retrieve things in lower cupboards. The two racks we ordered were very easy to assemble and position - just use the excellent template.The three stars on ease of installation is more due to the design of our particular cabinet. The bottom compartment has a 1/2" bottom front lip, which required four spacers to raise the rack enough to clear the the lip - easy enough to do using 5/16" furniture leg tips under the rack's four rail attachment tabs. We also encountered the problem mentioned in other reviews of the top cabinet shelf tipping forward when its rack was extended. We used a couple of small "L" brackets to secure it to the back wall.Finally, be sure to understand what presently holds your top rack in place! Rather than the common "L" shaped plastic or metal brackets with a short peg on the back that is most common today, ours was made with plastic "clip" type shelf supports that made it impossible to get the shelf out for installing the rack on it without breaking those supports - so we broke them. Then the problem was that the pre-drilled holes in our cabinet walls (used to position the moveable shelf) were larger diameter than the 1/4" pegs on today's shelf supports. In the end, we used the "support" portion of the four broken plastic clips (with larger diameter pegs) to hold the shelf up and added additional metal "L" brackets between the cabinet wall and the shelf to keep it in place. All this made what would probably have been an easy install rather difficult, but again it was mainly due to the style of clips used when our cabinet was made. Just be sure you understand what you're going to be dealing with.Bottom line... we will definitely be ordering more of these excellent racks.
