Love this system!

I recently got into fermenting my hot peppers. Playing with different peppers and other ingredients and then letting them ferment made some very interesting flavors! The system works without a hitch. Put your fermenting ingredients in a wide mouth jar, screw on the cap, use the pump to suck out the air.Used some Crushed garlic, Thai, and Purple Cayenne peppers waited about 30 days, unscrew the lid and voila, you have some great fermented stuff. No burping or funny ways to cover the top. Highly recommend this system if you are a set it and forget it person.
