Perfect for egg bites!

Perfect size for my egg bites! Although I love my pressure cooker, I’m not crazy about the texture of my egg bites when they are pressured. With these muffin molds, I fill each cup 2/3 full, bake at 350F for 25 minutes, let cool for a few minutes then turn out to finish cooling. Toss in the fridge or freezer and I have breakfast for the week.I love that the eggs don’t stick to the mold and cleanup is quick and painless. They are very thin & flimsy so I put it on a thin baking sheet for support.The volume of each cup is 1/4c=4T=60mL at level-full. They are slightly shallower than a regular muffin tin but seem to be about the same circumference.I haven’t tried muffins yet, but I’ll come back and update if I have any problems.

Yes, they are flimsy, BUT....

You just need a pan underneath and they are perfect for eggs bites. I didn't spray the mold and mine flipped out perfectly with no sticking. Because they are very thin, they are a little bit of a pain to clean compared to regular muffin tins, but not a huge deal since nothing sticks to them anyway. Makes breakfast prep for the week so easy.

I love these for my egg bites. I do recommend using a very thin layer of oil/non-stick spray in each tin for easy removal and clean-up. Also, use a cookie sheet or pan underneath for support.
