Great value for the money

This is such a GREAT baking sheet and rack. I bought it primarily for roasting my chicken wings on it in my standard gas oven with convection bake. I’ve been making the wings in the combo Toaster Oven/air-fryer for several years, but since this pan is bigger and allows more air to circulate with 20+ wings on it (20 was pretty crowded and required way more turning on the combo toaster/air-fryer roasting pan with rack). The weight of the sheet pan is very solid and the wire rack is not flimsy. I always line the sheet pan with foil, so easy clean up, the rack cleans up well with a lil soaking. I even used it at Christmas to do the 3hr warmup of the 8 lb Spiral ham. Worked out great (vs my higher sided enameled oval roasting pan I’ve been using for the ham all these years…. again allowed more air circulation. I haven’t used it for baking cookies & probably won’t, since I’m happy with my dedicated cookie sheets I’ve had for yrs. No warping and still as straight as it was when I bought it back in November (saw a few reviews that mentioned immediately warping, but not a problem for me) .I highly recommend this sturdy & good value baking sheet & rack set.

Flimsy - the rack insert bent as soon as I picked it up.

It was inexpensive so I should have known. They could have added a few more grams of metal into the sheet and still made a good profit. The wire rack is string thin and easily bendable. It's more narrow than my last sheet but it the width does fit standard aluminum foil rolls for easy toss out the grease clean up. I'm thinking this is more of a disposable cooking tool which which will also need to be replaced eventually too. It will get the job done for roasting chickens and broiling steaks, but just not too many at once.
