Mainly got it for the aesthetics of having the ability to store my honey in a cute and aesthetically pleasing way. As I’m sure you are aware honey is very sticky and trying to take it out of the jar with the honeycomb can be very frustrating due to the honey dripping onto the jar and therefore sticking to the lid but it’s obviously not some thing that you can’t just wipe up immediately after use. Be careful it is real glass!

Has a few flaws

This is such a cute honey pot. I love the wood top and the glass base but the section of the wooden top that is supposed to come out when using the honey wand, gets stuck. Probably needed to be sanded down more. It makes it hard to open but I was able to sort of fix it by sanding a bit.Would give it 5 stars if the flaw was corrected

The wooden wand that you use to get the honey - has very narrow and shallow slots. It would only let you get about a half teaspoon of honey at a time.

Not so simple

So I figured I would give my honest review after having this item for a couple weeks. It’s a cute design, but it has a few flaws. Dispensing honey it’s not that easy and get all over the lid. Which then in return the lid sticks. Also, you cannot grab it from the top It just comes apart. Almost had honey go everywhere a couple of times.
