BEST pans I've ever used

I originally had some Martha Stewart brand pans that were heavy duty and I thought they were the best of the best. However... I noticed that the edges on them had these little curled up gaps where moisture would get trapped. This eventually led them to rust and drip rusty liquid goo... Not ideal.These pans change that because their edges don't curl over and create a hidden pocket that you can't clean. They're heavy duty and have stood up to continual use with parchment paper, tin foil, and even roasting with a wired rack over them. Definitely keeping these suckers around for a while.

Slick, smart non-stick pans

These pans are great for baking up to 450 degrees. Don’t go over 450 or the non-stick coating will get damaged. I baked a red garnet yam and the sugary syrup leaked out and it was black like an over roasted marshmallow. It wiped off easy. I use these pans a lot. Personally, I don’t need to go bigger. Small family here. I love these pans. Slick and smart design. Stackable too.
