This Heart-Shaped Bundt Pan is Pretty and Durable
This cake pan in my book is a winner. Not only do cakes turn out beautiful with a crisp pattern because it's fluted, but the cakes I used the pan to bake were perfectly browned and crisp. They also rose nicely.This pan really lives up to it's advertising. It's not heavy because it is aluminum. However it feels very strong and durable. It's solid construction does not bend or warp easily. It's a big improvement over the cheap aluminum pans I've used most of my 61 years.In the past, I never really got into baking. Wgen I needed pans for baking, I really just got whatever was cheapest as they weren't going to get very much use anyway. Over the last 2 years that has changed and I have really started baking regularly. This pan heats evenly and your cakes release very easily as well. I do use a little nonstick baking spray. Thanks to the ceramic coating it really needs very little. I also appreciate that the ceramic coating is free of harmful chemicals like PTFE & PFOA. While this is just a small thing I think it is hands down the prettiest cake pan I've ever had.Although I've gotten into baking more often then I ever did most of the the time when it comes to cakes, cupcakes or muffins, I use a boxed mix. I always doctor them up a bit, but that's what I do most of the time. This pretty fluted bundt pan with its 10 cup capacity is the perfect size for box cake mixes..

Adorable and sturdy bundt pan
This heart shaped bundt pan is very well made. It is made of a very thick material making it very difficult to dent. I love that it comes with instructions because I have only ever made one bundt cake in my life. This one explains how to prep the pan and what temperatures not to exceed. It was super easy to clean for the first use. As long as you prep correctly and do the dust coating, the pan is very easy to clean up and the cake doesn't stick to it. It is a very beautiful pan and the cake comes out looking just as you would expect it to! It is a little bigger than I expected, but if it were round, it would be the size of a normal bundt pan.

Pretty cast aluminum heart shaped poan
If you like to bake then you will love this pretty, heart shaped cast aluminum cake pan. I've made pumpkin bread in it and it falls out of the pan beautifully and heats up evenly when baking. I thought it would make a lovely sushi pan for a party I was attending as shown in the below photos. Used white, sushi rice and my personal favorite, purple rice as the base and had dried seaweed in the middle. Top it with wasabi and you have a fun sushi cake to share. Easy to clean and store.
