I've tried many meatloaf pans in my time. I'm what some may call a meatloaf connoisseur and I know my stuff. I like this self draining meatloaf pan for the usual reasons like ease of cleaning, quality build and baking capacity. I can cook a loaf for up to 5 or 6 people or a small loaf for 2 people.The design of this pan, however, is my favorite part. Since there are no sides on the part that lifts the loaf out, I'm able to slide the loaf off in one whole piece and keep it all together so everyone can witness my beautiful creation in one whole piece. You can't do that with some meatloaf pans.
