Great knives will continue to buy them if I ever need to

I wanted a good knife set but I wasn’t going to pay well over $1000 for a set it just didn’t seem reasonable to me to spend that kind of money. I read the reviews and decided to buy these. I do hand wash them dry them strait after rub a little olive oil on them and then wipe them down after use. My husband did use one and didn’t wash it right and it now has rust stains on it. So be diligent in keeping them taken care of. I love that they have a good old handle and the color. They are so so sharp so be careful. I love that I have good knives this is so important to someone who spends 75% of their time in the kitchen everyday. I do a lot of cooking, canning, dehydrating and freezing foods so these are used a lot. We even butchered 3 pigs with them and they held up really well. I am processing 4 giant pumpkins today and I’m not dreading it because these knives cut through everything like butter. I do slow down on cutting things up now because I am prone to cutting myself and I really don’t want to loose a finger. With my luck I would. Like I said these are so sharp! Seriously spend the money on these they are worth it. And take the time to take care of your knives they will always look great if you do.

I just love these knives, they are the best ones I’ve ever had yet but they do scratch really easily. I wash them by hand only and dry them right away. Just make sure you use the softest dishcloth you have cause even the ones with the little light scrubber side on them will scratch the metal surface of the knives. Otherwise the wooden handles are awesome and the knife block is holding up well. Great knives, very sharp, otherwise no problems and I use them several times a day.

I just love the knives. I bought a single one first and it was so nice to hold, too cut, that I decided to get the set. I had family over this part weekend and they love how sharp the knives felt, the weight, how sharp they are.
