Little disappointed but it's ok.
I ordered this mug because I thought it was cute and I was looking for a bigger than a usual coffee mug to use with my hot chocolate. The claim was that this had a 26oz. capacity. Ummm... nope! I'm thinking 20oz. is pushing it but, to be fair, that was an eyeball estimate compare to an actual 20oz. mug. I will say that the mug was very well protected when it arrived and there were no chips, cracks, or dings. The finish was good quality and smooth. I would've like a better selection for the graphics but this one was ok. It was an ok value for the money at $20 since it did come with a little whisk and some hot chocolate, but looking at the item listing now, I see that the seller has jacked up the option for the cup, whisk, and hot chocolate set to $33, which is ridiculous!!! Now, the mug by itself is $20! Naw!!! If you're interested in this mug or the set, I highly recommend watching it to see if the price drops because as it stands now, even though it's a decent set, for that price, I'd pass.

Cute for White Elephant Gifting
I got the mug set with the hot cocoa and whisk and I'm not disappointed. We're hot cocoa fiends in this house and this will always be a go to mug. The size is great for keeping both your hands warmed from the hot cocoa. The cocoa itself is good. It's not the best and it's far from the worst. The mug design is cute and since we only hand wash here, it should last a very long time. It's well made, very sturdy and works exactly as I expect any mug to function. It's an easy hold in my hands, and that's a big deal for my arthritic fingers. Nice big hole for an easy grip. It's a solid value and with the coupon available now - it's a bargain! 10 out of 10 would purchase and gift!

Just an ordinary cup not worthy of the price
Maybe I'm off base here, but when the price for a single cup is $25+ you expect a cup that's pretty nice. This is just a cheap cup. I wanted it for my son who has experienced a very rough year and I liked the message very much. However, a message is not that expensive. The hot chocolate must really be amazingly good! I'm not reviewing the cocoa, though, because it's going to be a gift and I won't be trying it. The cup is small and not very thick. It came very well packaged so it won't break, but that's about the best thing I can say about it.
