Finally have quit replacing Keurig with Keurig and having them fail repeatedly after a year. This is our 2nd Tastyle. We like our first one so much (still going)... we bought this one on sale so we would have it as a backup. Hot. Multi sizes. Easy descaling. Like the on ice brew and bold brew. Highly recommend.
I don't have any experience with single serve coffee makers as this is my first. I have absolutely no issues with this product as it does everything they say it can do and does it well. I'm not sure what's going on with all the negative reviews but it seems to be a common theme with any single serve maker regardless of the brand or price. I chose this maker because of the dimensions and features. We needed a very narrow maker with a reservoir. This fits the requirements and it looks good in the process. I could have spent more for a name brand maker but the reviews don't get any better just because you paid more. You roll the dice and cross your fingers. I like this maker enough that I bought a second one for our RV.Back to the negative reviews. I can't seem to shake the idea of operator error or bad pods. I can't figure out how you can have so many issues with such a simple product. I understand if it quits working but the other mishaps boggle my mind. Good luck and happy shopping.
I have had this for a week now and I absolutely love it. The coffee is quick, hot, and perfect every time. It doesn't take up much space which is something I like because of minimum counter space
Nice looking decent size water tank, brews a little slow but to me that’s fine for me easy to set up and the price was right
Love all the options for drink sizes and both ground coffee and pods! Best pot I have ever bought. No more Keurigs for me
I bought this in Oct, thinking it was a great buy since I could also make / use regular ground coffee with this machine too. I only use bottle water in the machine and it came up it needed to be descaled few weeks ago which I did. I thought that was odd since I've only had it 3 Mos. May i also add it is very slow making 10 oz of coffee from first time using it. Now it started not making a full cup of coffee I usually do 10 oz it will barely make 2 oz. Then I push button again to try to get it to make the rest. I don't want to be wasting mcdcafe pods 😒. Then it starts spewing steam out the top back part of machine.I haven't found any support on this problem and it says I cant return 😔I'm going to try descaling it one more time and if it doesn't work, I'll trash it and buy keruig which I originally was going to purchase.I do not recommend purchasing this product, its a waste of money. It is very slow in making a cup of coffee, unlike a Keruig. Put your money towards a Keruig it is more reliable.
Works well, like the high cup holder for mugs prevents splashes on counter, however it can be removed for taller mugs. We use this in our camper, takes up little space and holds 10 k-cups.
