Gluten free life changer! Two burners no contamination. Perfect GF bake!

After just receiving this today, I had to drop everything and write a review. I never write reviews on Amazon anymore. I just don’t have time. But this was worth it.I have struggled with every budget level of waffle maker in the past and finally decided to jump into a semi pro waffle maker. My dream is to open a shop with waffle convenience options here in my local area. And so this seems like the right idea to toy with. The design is sleek, and I have a really enjoyed how it fits and looks on my counter space. It is not big and bulky… However, it is obviously a large piece. It looks beautiful, professional, and it makes my large family kitchen look like a masterpiece.Let’s get onto the actual details of how it works. It doesn’t seem to draw too much power as my little cottage home has a limited amount of electricity that comes through it. It was easy to use, and it was easy to understand the instructions. I would recommend cleaning the inside of the plates before useMy husband wanted to try it first, and he is not the cook of the family. So he drove in with what shockingly was an easy gluten-free pancake recipe converted for waffles. With the seamless use of the Diles, and the easy to use timer, we were able to gauge even for gluten-free waffles, the best temperature and cooking solution for our mixKnow if anyone has ever cooked gluten-free before, then you know how testy gluten-free baking is. Nothing is straight out of the box… Very few brands of flour, come straight out without needing to be modified and some former fashion. On top of that when you use modern machinery for a gluten-free bake, it tends to come out very different than what a normal flour consistency would do.And gluten-free cooking things tend to be sticky or they tend to burn easier and they tend to not cook on the inside. So this is important to what I will say next next. The waffles turned out absolutely perfect the first time. We did not have to adjust anything. We did not have to make it took longer. We did not even have to adjust the temperatures or the consistency of the batter. Absolutely nothing was difficult about this process and I cannot tell you that with gluten-free cooking and a husband involved that is never the case. These waffles turned out exactly like a regular gluten waffle cooked all the way through with the perfect consistency. I cannot say enough about how much this machine is going to change our baking environment and our lives here for our large family. The ability to also separate the gluten waffles from the gluten-free waffles with the two burners is an immense help in our household. There was no weird smoke point there was no weird smell there was no weird anything about this machine and I have used mini different machines at my house while trying to serve my large families needs.I would buy this machine over and over again. If you really are concerned about it by the warranty, but elsewise with the history of machinery that I have in my kitchen I don’t see this getting out anytime soon. It’s very well-built and I thought it is a simple build machine… Which are always the best because the mechanics are not overly complicated for something to break down.I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Not a bubble waffle maker, but a very impressive piece of waffle making equipment

When I ordered this waffle maker, I was confused about the title calling it an egg bubble waffle maker, when it appeared to be a commercial waffle maker. I was actually hoping it was not a bubble waffle maker, so when it arrived and I saw the design was for standard waffles, I was happy with it. Bubble waffle makers create a bunch of round balls that can be torn apart to eat individually, while this makes standard flat waffles with the traditional waffle pattern. The waffle maker has two sides. Each side makes a standard size waffle, nearly identical to the ones found at big waffle tin with the yellow and black sign everyone recognizes here in the south. I set both sides to 350 degrees and let it heat up to temperature before lightly spraying the top and bottom of each side with baking release spray, and pouring in batter. I set the timer to 2 minutes, and allowed the equipment to cook the waffles. Two minutes was the perfect amount of time for e lightly golden waffle coming from each. I continued and ended up with six perfect waffles in under 8 minutes, including the time to spray the cooking spray, pour the batter, and remove them when finished. This is far less time that it took to make two waffles in the waffle maker I've been used for years. If you're looking for what amounts to a commercial waffle maker, that can turn out waffles at lightning speed, this is the product you need. The will make cooking waffles for gatherings very easy, so I can cook a lot of them without making people wait for extended periods of time. It works perfectly for any waffle batter, including batters with add-ins like pecans, or chocolate chips. It can also be used with brownie batter or cake mixes, or to grill sandwiches. The wide range of temperatures, and individual timers, make it a versatile machine, with easily repeatable results. There's no guessing once you figure out how long to cook something, and the temperature that works best for what's being cooked. I'm still amazed at how fast this thing works. I can really recommend this product over any waffle maker I've ever used, and I've worked in several commercial kitchens over he years, and used many waffle makers. This one is my favorite. If you are looking for a waffle maker, just go ahead and order this one. It's on the large side, so it will take up a little space, but once the handles are removed, it can be hidden away on a shelf or in a cabinet. It's great to be able to whip up a big pile of waffles in the amount of time it takes to sip a cup of coffee.

Lil messy

Its a good size maker. Easy to use and clean. Comes with some products to help. Biggest problems is how messy it gets. The little area to help the dripping is no help. It needs a bigger area to drip on
