Great customer service fantastic buy, sturdy, lovely pattern and quality

UPDATE 7/11/2021I contacted the vendor about the rusting problem. They responded almost immediately and worked to quickly resolve the problem with replacement knives. The manufacturer has corrected the rusting issue. I received a set of new knives several weeks later. No rust! I’m ecstatic with this flatware. Great customer service. Fabulous product.5/27/21 Shortly after submitting my original 5-star review below, I experienced the same rusting issue on the knives only that some other reviewers have mentioned. I’m going to see if I can contact the seller about this issue and will keep this review at five stars for now.Great buy, sturdy, lovely pattern and quality We have been using this set for more than a month now and are still amazed at the quality for the price. The weight is nice and heavy but not too heavy. Each piece is well-balanced and easy to hold. These utensils are comfortable in hand and definitely don’t feel or look cheap. They do very well in the dishwasher. A great buy, highly recommend.1/25/26I didn’t realize I never returned to update my review. The manufacturer did quickly replace the knives. No problem with rusting with the new knives. Five years later, I am still ecstatic with this purchase. The utensils still look brand-new, even with daily usage. I want to contact the manufacturer to purchase replacement pieces that have inadvertently been discarded by accident. With the fabulous customer service I experienced the first time, I’m certain I will be able to purchase the replacement pieces with no problem.

High quality, great value

We had looked for a good flatware set for quite a while before deciding on Hudson Essentials' hammered finish 68-piece set. It came immediately, and we are thrilled with the product. The steel is high quality 18/10 stainless, the finish is lustrous and beautiful, and the weight is perfect with a nice heft and a comfortable and solid feel. And the 8 serving pieces are a wonderful bonus, especially the cake knife and the lasagne server. I'm not sure how they do it for the price, as we looked at competitors' sets for two and sometimes three times the price that did not have the feel or look of these. They wash up nicely, and so far haven't developed a stain or mark of any kind. We will likely be purchasing a few more sets to be used as wedding gifts. This is a great value, and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful Quality, Great weight, affordable price!

I have been researching and debating for a couple of months on which hammered flatware set to buy. I finally decided on the Hudson Essentials 68 piece service for 12 with the hostess service set included. Wow! Great purchase! So glad I did. The flatware have a nice heavy (but not too heavy) weight to them and are thick. They feel high quality and Have a semi-contoured feel in the hand. I also didn’t want the hammered pattern to be overly accentuated and look cheap. The pattern is perfect, hammered but smooth and shiny. Such a great value for what you get. Fantasti!!

In Feb. 2023 I took it upon myself to replace our generic plain ss flatware. I had never heard of this company, but I read a lot of reviews. I took the plunge and ordered the 12 sevice set of chrome-like dimpled finish with the added serving utensils. They arrived packaged beautifully( I still have the box over a year layer.) These were stunning right out of the box. But would they hold up, especially the knives, would they rust? I gladly report after a year and 1/2 there os no rust on these knives. Despite leaving them submerged for extended amounts of time. The weight is great. They are a little heavier, but it makes me feel as if I am holding quality right in my hand. My only problem is that My wife and kids tend to accidentally throw them away, and now I need more. Well, even if I did not logically want to match what I had, even if they were all gone, I would without reservation buy thid exact flatware. A+++.December 2025 UpdateI've really nothing to add but reassurance that my previous review stands true, no rust at all. I did discard a teaspoon as it made it into the garbage disposal and got roughed up pretty bad. Hmm, can't really blame the wife or kids for that one, and certainly not this exceptional flartware.

These are beautiful!

I looked and looked for a new set of flatware and read dozens of reviews. These were the most attractive ones with the best reviews for the lowest price. I took the chance and I’m so glad I did! These are so pretty to look at with the hammered design. Modern, which matches my style. They are brilliantly shiny and come out of the dishwasher perfect after the first wash, but I can’t yet attest beyond that. Not a spot of rust but I will update my review if that changes. These have a perfect heft without being too heavy and the handles are long enough for my husband’s larger hands. Some of the sets that looked basically identical were almost twice the price. I got the 68 piece set with the hostess pieces, which are also lovely and will come in very handy especially on holidays and special occasions. I would highly recommend this set for anyone who is looking to upgrade their flatware. I couldn’t be happier with them!

Beautiful and I love it!

These are beautiful!!! Everything I was hoping for. I love the weight of the utensils and size. Not too big, but not dainty or flimsy at all. We have been using daily for months and I think only one is even scratched. We are empty nesters so it’s just the two of us nonetheless it goes in the dishwasher every night.
