Works great with a little practice

This is the same pizza rocker used at the local pizzeria. It’s commercial quality, works great with a little practice and is easy to clean. I give mine a light spritz of cooking oil spray before use. I suppose you could hang out at the local Pizza Shop and watch how it’s used, but it’s pretty intuitive.

THROW AWAY YOUR OLD DRAWER CUTTER!

I LOVE, LOVE OUR CUTTER. I was so use to your typical hand roller cutter, it didn't do a damn thing(excuse my language). I would have to roll, and roll, roll it back and forth, and it still never cut, I had about 3, cheap to expensive and they worth crap. So I said what the hell with it, i'll use this one. I've seen them on movies and cooking channels, so I decided to give it a try, what could hurt? That it didn't work, haha that wouldn't be a surprise. My husband didn't have any problems cutting the pizzas, he enjoyed it. Since I have my professional brick oven now, what better way, than to use a fancy cutter. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS IN A HEART BEAT. ITS BIG, BUT WORTH IT
