I still like the knife because it gives a clean cut to all other vegetables, fish, meat etc. the handle is made of plastic like material.The knife has been in the dishwasher a few times and I have been regularly using it for the past few months and I really like it and it’s durable.I real appreciate this knife when I use the regular grocery shop knives and then use this again. There is so much of a difference between them. I had bought another knife from the same company and liked it. So bought this one and I am not disappointed.
