I love these!
These pan set is fabulous! I need to see if they have a pot set. They have some weight to them, look classy with the stainless steel. The non stick, is really non stick! The 3 sizes are perfect for anything you want to cook. The hybrid ceramic is really easy to clean, literally a wipe with a paper towel cleaned them up after use. I normally use wooden utensils to prevent scratching, but these seem durable enough to use metal utensils (though I won't be doing that).I'm 100% satisfied with these pans and would definitely purchase again, as well as other sets they offer.

Fast to heat - fast to eat!
I'm not a master chef, and I wouldn't last 5 minutes in Hell's Kitchen, so my level of expertise on this topic is limited. But I did have fun cooking on these pans!On my normal pans I have my timing down to make my sausage and eggs on toast. I know how much oil to put in, when to start the toast, exactly when to flip the sausage, etc. So I decided to test my personal breakfast timing/cooking on one of these pans.First, it heated up very quickly, I'd say about 2 minutes faster than our normal pans. And it felt like it was an even heat, about equal across the entire surface.I know I probably didn't NEED the oil for the sausage, but it's habit. I was surprised when the oil started to take the shape of a hexagon in the pan, and it didn't go flying to the edges like my old set which is warped! As it heated, it slowly expanded, but stayed connected. It was fun to watch and yes, it threw off my timing as a result. I started playing with the oil and pushing it around the pan before putting in my sausage. It heated quickly, evenly, and perfectly to my satisfaction! In my old pan it just laid there, the edges would be burned while the center still gray. This pan magically allows some air to get underneath it, which then somehow allows the entire surface of the pan-side to cook and sear evenly. When I flipped the sausage I actually thought I'd see the little pattern seared into it, but I didn't. I was kind of bummed. What I did see was a beautifully crusted, ever so slightly burnt, sausage.I also burned the edges of my eggs. But they didn't stick! The manual says low to medium heat, never on high. I would say medium heat is the hotter than normal pans on medium. My son took my advice and turned the heat down for his eggs, and they turned out perfect. It's another thing I'm gonna have to learn in the kitchen, the variability of heat across types of pans.I knocked off one star because of the handles. The holes at the end don't fit many over the counter suspension hooks during storage. I had to make some custom ones. The existing holes are a bit small. But if you store your cookware under cabinet, you should be fine.

Hard to call this truly non stick.
Ok so right out the gate, this is low levels of non stick. I'm talking less non stick then a well seasoned cast iron. You will need to cook with oil lard or butter with this pan. You can see in the photos a simple egg being cooked. It stuck badly. See the photo of it compared to a ceramic pan that I did the same in for this side by side photo. This also isn't one of the pans you can use metal utensils with. The box says specifically no metal. There are some good points to this pan though. It does clean way easier then I thought it would. Not having the rivets in the cooking area keeps it from having somewhere to trap food. It does cook pretty well with just a little olive oil or butter. It gets up to temperature very quickly, as most ceramic pans, it also holds that temperature for quite a long time (which could be an up or down side depending on the situation).;As for construction, it looks decently made, though the handle is noticeably hollow and feels thin. For the price? It's not a bad price for a three pack of pans of any sort but if you want ceramic, just get ceramic, if you want steel, get steel. I will use these.. but they won't replace the ceramic pans for what I use those for and won't replace my cast iron for what I like them for. They will probably find a home replacing some of my older non stick pans that have lost the war with time.Edit: after using these some more.. They are kind of growing on me.. I'll bump it up a a star.

Great for heating, eating, and cleaning!
The BLAZANT Hybrid Ceramic Frying Pan Set, Tri Ply Stainless Steel Pan (8+9.5+11 Inch) is a fantastic value for the money! I was looking for some frying pans that would be durable enough to withstand daily use cooking for my family, and so far these fit the bill! I love the hybrid base that heats quickly and evenly, making dinner even speedier to prepare. They work well on my stove and in my oven. But my favorite thing about them is definitely how easy they are to clean up! The nonstick bottom cleans up in a breeze! Now I prefer to use these pans over my old ones every day. They make cooking and cleaning better!

Sturdy Set of Pans, but Make Sure You Use Oil and Don't Overheat
This is a seemingly good quality set of pans for the price, and is very heavy. They hold heat well, and they heat up rather quickly. I did find that even with a bit of butter, I did run into issues with eggs sticking, but I believe this was due to the pan being too hot. Because these hold heat well, they will likely require a lower level of heat on my gas stove vs. other nonstick pans that I have. The eggs that I cook stuck to the pan, unfortunately, but I believe that would be better if the pan wasn't hotter than it should have been. As long as food isn't terribly stuck to them, they are fairly easy to clean. I think with the proper temperature and enough oil in the pan, food would not stick. These also can go from the stove to the oven or toaster oven, which is great for things that you want to put under the broiler.
