My husband and I both love this pan….He cooks breakfast every day and loves that he can use this same pan for everything from pancakes to eggs, French toast and omelette. Everything cooks evenly, doesn’t stick, and washes out easily with very little effort.I love that its deep enough to make full pan meals, that it takes very little oil to fry up chicken or fish, that making fried rice is easy without it sticking and that I can sear a steak and place it in the oven to finish off all in the same pan.Even though it has a stay cool handle, you will need an oven mitt to remove from the oven. Stay cool handle works fine on the stovetop as expected.This is a heavy pan that will quickly turn into your workhorse like it did for us. The glass lid is a bonus. Being able to see into the pan while cooking without lifting the lid makes cooking faster. Even though I really like the vent in the lid, I just wish it had an optional cover or plug on the vent instead of just a hole. That seems to be my only complaint.The pan comes with the handle removed. The screws/nuts are already on the pan so you will need to remove those first and place the handle on. Then screw the nuts onto the pan and use the included wrench to tighten the nuts for use.This pan heats up evenly, uses little oil when needed and food doesn’t tend to stick. Washing is easy. You can use the dishwasher or a simple wipe out is better for preserving the surface. The pan can also be placed in the oven at high temperatures for finishing off proteins. The surface on this thing is incredible.Overall it’s a well designed and well made with quality materials. Easy to clean, easy to cook and easily a favorite in no time.
