I ordered this set of pots and pans in order to try out the ceramic coated hybrid stainless steel. From my research, I read that hybrid non-stick pans are generally more durable and non-toxic when compared to traditional non-stick pans.These pots and pans are gorgeous looking with a honeycomb-like pattern on the cooking surface that is not smooth like regular pans but rather is raised slightly giving the cooking surface a textured surface. The cooking surface looks and feels durable, and the instructions say it's okay to use ordinary metal cooking utensils rather than plastic tools that most non-stick pans recommend.I put these pots and pans to the test with some of my typical menu items including bacon, fried eggs, grilled cheese sandwich, and tomato soup. I washed them all first, then I did the one-time seasoning of the pans per the instructions which simply requires putting a small amount of oil in each pan and heating it over medium heat for a couple minutes.Due to the textured cooking surface I was skeptical that these pans would really be non-stick, but after cooking all my menu items I was very happy with how easy it was to clean all the pots and pans. I was especially impressed with how easy it was to get my spatula under my fried eggs to flip them for over in the 9.5-inch frying pan. No sticking at all and all the egg remnants in the pan after cooking were easily wiped clean with a paper towel after the pan cooled to handling temperature.I cooked the grilled cheese sandwiches in the 11-inch sauté pan and the bacon in the 11-inch frying pan. The tomato soup was cooked in the 7" sauce pan. All of these performed admirably with a nice even browning on my grilled cheese, which tells me the heat is spread evenly across the cooking surface. Grilled cheese had no sticking issues at all. The tomato soup rinsed easily from the cooled sauce pan. The bacon, which I like crispy, left some brown patches on the cooking surface that did not rinse away, but with some dishwashing liquid and a sponge, they patches released fairly easily.I was happy to find the handles are strong, thick and comfortable to hold while staying cool to touch even while cooking on my gas stove. The tempered glass lids with vent holes and stainless steel borders fit solidly on the pans and allow you to see what's cooking. I also appreciate the heft of these pots and pans which are not as heavy as cast iron, but heavier than aluminum cookware. I like to be able to crack my eggs on the edge of the skillet without it jumping around on the stove and I was able to do that with the 9-inch skillet I used for my fried eggs.Overall, I am very impressed with the elegant appearance, durability, non-stick surface and cooking performance of these pots and pans. These have become my new everyday pots and pans, replacing my existing traditional non-stick cookware.

Fantastic Everyday Non Stick Cookware Set
This pan set is absolutely perfect as an everyday cookware set. It's truly nonstick, making clean up ridiculously easy. I've fried eggs, sausages, mushrooms, etc in this pan without any oil, and it didn't stick at all. I basically only needed to wiped the pan out with a warm soapy rag to clean it. (No soaking necessary!) It works on both my gas range stove and my induction hotplate with zero issues. It heats quickly and evenly to your preferred temperature, ensuring your food cooks evenly.The bonus utensils included are a great addition to this set. So far, I've not had any real issues. Beautiful and High quality set!
This pan set is absolutely beautiful and makes cooking a breeze! It is extremely similar to the Hexclad brand in many ways, including quality and nonstick ability. The slightly bumpy patterns inside the pan help with even heat distribution and ensure nothing sticks to the bottom! They are very easy to clean and are fine with handwashing or dishwashing. The handles are metal but stay relatively cool even while cooking for a while. The pans, although very solid metal, are still lightweight enough to easily maneuver while cooking. These pans come with trivets, metal tongs, and two metal spoons. These pans are tough enough to have zero issues if you use metal utensils. They will NOT get scratched! The utensils are a great and helpful addition to the set.The glass lids fit well and have not warped at all. The handles stay cool just like the pan handles.I'm really impressed with this set and it has immediately become one of my go to's when cooking! I think the set is priced extremely well for the exceptional quality you will receive!
