I’m giving this product four stars because it does keep your drink cold and less for a long time keeping the cup cold, however, it is very difficult to remove each piece from the tray. They make another one that’s just one giant piece. That’s the shape of the Stanley Cup, which might be a better option
Only makes half cube for drink cup not whole where you can pour drink inside it. No sure I will like it. Going to try it first to see if keep drink cold like rings do. Those are a pain to get out of tray.
I love how the ice cube comes out and fits in the stanley cups. However, it's very difficult to get it to release. So I am unsure how long the mold will hold up under the stretching necessary to remove the ice cube.
I really like this ice mold. I love the fact they’re different sizes to go from the bottom to the top of the cup. Not too difficult to remove the ice from the mold. The ice is thick enough it lasts all day in my cup. I’d recommend
One of the things that drives me nuts is when I put ice in my cup and it sticks together so I can’t fit my straw in. I ran across this cool ice cube tray that would seem to solve that issue. I decided to give it a go and to my surprise it worked like a charm! It's easy to use without instructions. It has a little hole in the top for filling. So now I can just fill my ice tray up at night to fill up my cup in the morning and it keeps my drink refreshingly cool all day. My brain is going on this one and thinking that this would be a great little gift. Going to keep it in mind for a stocking stuffer and Easter basket gifts!
I really wanted to like this, but it is flimsy and awkward to carry when filled with water. The ice does not come out easily, so you have to let it sit out and melt quite a bit just to be able to pull the ice loose from the material. I love the idea of mug-shaped ice, but I was foolish to not think about how difficult it would be to remove. The middle is the worst part because you have to pull and pull to get the silicone tube to come away from the ice. By the time I was finished, my hands were freezing, because I had been man-handling the ice for so long, and there was melted ice all over my desk and my lap from fighting with it. The chunk of ice that went into my cup was severely deformed, but still functioned as ice is expected to.
