Instead of paying for kitchen aid ones, this works! The size fits, it’s slightly smaller but that’s fine. You get a lot for what you pay for it’s worth it and they are durable. The lids stay closed. Easy to use, put water in it and stick it in the freezer. If it doesn’t open it’s because there was to much water. Just run it under water and it’s fine.

This ice mold is nice except that it is very small for what I intend to use it. But I have to return it due to size of ice that it can hold

Excellent addition to my snowcone cup selection. The containers are sturdy and nearly identical to the originals. The lids fit tightly but they are not interchangeable with the originals. So I try to keep them separate during use. The quality is at least as good as the originals. Durability A+ so far. Overall excellent product!
I was quite surprised when I received my package for these Ice molds because I was only expecting the molds themselves. I should have paid more attention to the advertisement for the product. This is for both the molds and the KitchenAid attachment that these ice pucks will go into. I can tell you they will also work with my KitchenAid Ice Shaver attachment that I already had, too, so they will work for both. The ice shaver attachment that comes with the ice pucks does work but I had to get help getting the ice puck into the shaver. I have no strength whatsoever in my hands and just could not accomplish getting the ice puck into the ice shaver alone. Someone with no grip issues will not have a problem at all. I have used these ice pucks in my other KitchenAid ice shaver attachment on multiple occasions now and they work great.
