Smooth iced tea. Wow! So easy. Yes, I use Lousianne Iced Tea bags. 3 - two cup tea bags on strong. It turned out perfect with 6 cups of water. Filled most of the way with ice. It’s great to have iced tea without having it watered down with more ice.I was a bit skeptical about whether or not it was tempered glass. Yes! It held up perfectly. It’s quite cute. Takes up a small footprint on my counter.We are quite happy with it.

Did not open to inspect upon arrival. Mistake. Discovered a huge crack in the pitcher when I opened the box AFTER the return by date.
Seems to work well. But, when you fill the reservoir to capacity and run the water through, it only constitutes 1/3 of the pitchers capacity. I’m not sure why that is, except for allowing for ice or to dilute the brewed product. Also, the pitch doesn’t appear to be Pyrex and very fragile. I wait for it to cool down before adding cooler liquid for ice tea. The directions could include some recipes to help us enjoy the product sooner rather going through the trial and error process.
As good as advertised. In less than 10 minutes, you have a pitcher of iced tea. For the cost of one glass of iced tea at a restaurant you can make 4 pitchers of iced tea with this machine. And you can even adjust the intensity of tea.
Like this product as we use it almost every day. Easy and like the pitcher.
