Perfect tart pan that pops dish out easily!

Love this pan definitely!I made a quiche,before baking,I was a little worried the fluted sides would not release the pie,but it came right out and the rim helped to make a beautiful crust.So far,can't beat the quality for the price.Some useful tips from my use,hope it is useful:1) Before baking,I will suggest that though the tart pan is non-stick,I still spray them lightly with some oil just to be on the more safe side.2) After baking,once cool or with an oven mitt,lifting the bottom was an ease to get the tart out.Much easier to serve than from the regular tart pan.3) Washing was an ease.Because mine has nothing stuck.so i just use a soft sponge to clean.Certainly dishwasher safe too.I really love the quiche pan,enjoy my pies.Forget to say:it is fast delivery and with nice sponge safe package.Highly recommend,good quality and good price.
