Nice features at a nice price
This is a really nice scale! I especially like the feature where it turns on as soon as you put some weight on it (like a bean dispensing cup, for instance). There are a lot of modes here, so it's not just for espresso. There is an automatic timer built in for pourover and some kind of automatic measurement mode that I'm still trying to figure out.It charges quickly and the numbers are easy to see. The nonslip silicone mat protects the surface from scratches and drips and it's nice that it wraps around three sides of the scale. That keeps it from sliding off while you are using it.Ikape tends to do a good job paying attention to these little details. The only thing I would like is some better documentation. I understand it's hard to translate from Chinese to English, but it's pretty tough to figure out how to use the different modes.Honestly, it's a high quality scale with lots of nice features at a very nice price.Disclaimer: Ikape reimbursed me for the cost of the scale in return for a request to try it out. However, they didnt ask for this review.

Best Scale Highly Recommended
This feature-packed coffee scale is a dream for both beginners and seasoned brewers. With 4 smart modes—Basic Weighing, Pour-Over Weighing, Brew Ratio, and Espresso—it takes the guesswork out of brewing. The 0.1g precision (up to 1kg) and 2kg capacity make it ideal for everything from delicate bean measurements to full brews. Its durable glass platform, non-slip base, and compact size make it both kitchen- and travel-friendly. The LED display is bright and clear, and the auto-timer in pour-over and espresso modes is a thoughtful touch for hands-free precision.Bonus points for the long battery life, silent operation, and dust-protected charging port. This scale blends function and form seamlessly—perfect for anyone looking to elevate their coffee game.

For the ratio and flow meter alone, this is the best value for the money out there!
TLDR - this is probably the best value for the money scale out there right now. If you get only one scale, this checks off all boxes (except connectivity, which most people don't use).Up until now the Felicita Arc has been my favorite since it does almost everything well. I got rid of my Acaia Pearl, had little desire to keep the Fellow Tally Pro, and have always found the Lunar a little too small for me to be able to use for pour-over if doing so often. But I now have the Bookoo Themis and IKAPE Vision in the mix.Initial impressions are that it's very solid with a scratch resistant glass-like top (silicone cover included as well) and aluminum casing, so does feel every bit as premium as the other two. Impressive considering it's about a third of the price of the Bookoo and latest version Arc.It has a 3 position sliding power switch on the side for off, on silent, and on with sound. That's mostly for travel though since it has a touch power button on the display, with the unique functionality of quickly turning on as soon as it's touched or senses weight. That's more handy than you think since it saves a step in your workflow.A big thing is that not only does it have a flow display but also has a line bar, similar to the Acaia and other higher-end scales, which, given that it doesn't have an app, this is most helpful to be able to replicate a flow rate at a glance or even with the side of your eye. Further to this, and unique to it is that in pour-over mode, it shows the time and weight, in addition to the flow rate and ratio, all at once. Not even the Acaia Lunar or Fellow Tally has this! Very cool and useful actually. In regards to its size, it does fit under the Flair 58 perfectly and most other machines likely as well, including the Bambino, Bambino Plus, Barista Express, Infuser, Dual Boiler, Gaggia Classic, Saeco Via Venezia, etc. I've yet to try with the ROK and Robot. I believe it's the same size as the Lunar as far as I remember it, which does work for pour-over but though less ideal for larger vessels, still usable. If weighing a portafilter, can use the cover and flip it upsidedown to extend the surface area a bit and help level it if requiredAs a side note, having had a Timemore Mini Basic a number of years ago, which this is likely going to often be compared against, I'll confidently say that it's seemingly twice the build quality and feature set, at a lower price! Bravo!

Perfect Little Scale
Just the right size for my daily espresso routine. Fits under my spouted portafilter with plenty of room, and the large bright display is visible even with a larger latte cup on it. I appreciate that the timer accurately starts with the first drop, without any lag like my previous scale, and the glass surface is easy to keep clean. So far battery life on a charge seems really good too. A good value.
