Nice mug for a good price. This is my second order, and I’m about to order a third. These were gifts for others and well received. Recharges in under an hour and illuminates red initially and green when complete. Easy to clean, hand-wash only, not for dishwasher.

Worked great for about 1 and a half months and than would not turn on any longer. Very disappointed. Of course the return time had run out and I am stuck with an expensive coffee mug that does not self stir. I did not submerse the mug in water, but only was inside cup with a brush and wiped the outside down.Update: The seller reached out to me and quickly offered a replacement cup, no questions asked. I did not have to return the old item. I greatly appreciate their prompt and professional customer support on this issue. I will update you in the future to let you know how the replacement cup works. The new cup comes with a USB-C power port for charging.
I bought this in Dec. and loved it ... That is, right up until almost exactly a month later, when it stopped working... I contacted the seller and their response was: "Are you sure it's charged?".. YES, it was charged.. contacted them again, telling them that it was charged, and so far nothing... I would like a replacement or a refund...
