This pan heats up quickly and evenly, making cooking a breeze.The detachable handle is a clever design, saving space in storage and enabling oven use.Cleaning is also easy, food doesn't stick.It’s a solid, well-built piece of cookware that feels like it will last for years.
Used PAN first time cooked potatoes in it and it cooked it very nicely. No sticking clean up was excellent. Cleanup was very easy.Would recommend this to anybody that wants to have safe cooking
It is a large pan. I probably could have gone 12 inch, but I can cook a bunch of stuff in it. Some of the nuts (screws) were loose and needed tightening. They sent a Wrench to do that, too.
I do meal prep and one of my favorite dishes is a giant pot of chili to freeze in small containers to take in my lunch. It does double duty by acting as an ice pack as well. My chili recipe is simple. Washed and soaked pinto beans. About 10 cups. Several cans of diced tomatoes and several cans of medium diced green chilis. 5 lbs of ground beef with 6 regular sized onions. I put the ground beef and the onions in this frying pan to brown the meat and cook the onion down until soft. With Lowry’s coarse ground garlic with parsley and fresh ground pepper. This pan easily holds 5 lbs of hamburger and all of the onions. Just what I was looking for. It’s easy to clean. It’s heavy and does not warp under high heat. I’m very pleased with this pan and I highly recommend it both for function and value.
Got this for Christmas and I love it!!! Perfect size and once I got the hang of it, cooks everything perfectly. Definitely recommend!!
