Got this when I was looking for a pan to fit inside my toaster oven. Works perfectly! Now when I want to sear and braise, I have this wonderful pan to use! Browns well and cleans up like a charm.Great for a one or two person household. Want to try it for a paella pan next.
I bought this pan for paella when my whole family came over. I was pleased with the sturdiness and quality of the pan. Good size for stove top and oven I really recommend the pan. Prive was good.
Can not go wrong. This is our go to for family meals. I love to grab it to keep outdoor grilled food warm too along with some veggies to go along. No real need to season it but i did anyway. It is solid, and after 20 months, still no issue.
This is a very large skillet and so nice for cooking up large batches of veggies or whatever else you might need. I bought it for my mom but have used it myself at her house and I really like it, so does she! The heat distribution seemed even and it was a breeze to clean. Highly recommend if you're looking for a large stainless steel skillet.
Very nice. I cooked cabbage and bacon in it and the bacon left marks that I could not get off with dish soap and a sponge. So I also bought Bar Keepers Friend, and I wet the pan sprinkled the cleaner on it and rubbed it with a sponge. It looks like brand new.
The pan is really sturdy and a little larger than I wanted. But it is exactly what the description describes which is 14”. However, when I read the “initial use” and “care instructions” it’s a bit more than I want to have to follow to keep it clean and working correctly. I’d rather have a pan that I can wash and use instead of heating white vinegar, staying away from soap, etc….anyhow, I don’t recall reading about the care details in the description. So, I will be returning it unused. I’m sure for many, it’s a great pan, just not for me.
It is a 'wide' shallow skillet/paella pan. I absolutely love it. Cooks very well, heat distributing is ideal, cleans up nicely. My primary use is for searing meat. Lots of surface area. An ideal pan for my cooking style. The lid has a venting port, nice feature. Very pleased with this purchase.
