The first time I used it I burned the heck out of my food and the burnt on stuff washed off very easily with just water, impressive, but.. this means that the bottom is a little thin so turn down your heat because it heats very very quickly and the lid is super sturdy but the steam hole is larger than it needs to be so keep an eye on your cooking and happily it will clean up easy peasy if you burn it. It’s a sturdy pan and nicely made so you’ll be happy for the value

Good but some minor issues
First of all, this is a nice, heavy pot with good heat distribution. It's deep and wide, good for frying. It has a hex non-stick surface which means there's a metal hex grid and intertwined with the non-stick surface. This allows you to use metal spatulas. spoons and not risk scratching the surface easily. However, that's does make it a little less non-stick than a traditional pan, however, cleanup is still pretty easy.One issue I do note about the pan I received was that the bottom is not flat. It bows out a bit which means it doesn't sit flat on my electric stovetop and actually will spin a bit when handling it. If I had a gas stove, this wouldn't be an issue.

Great Pan for Inductrion Stove
I have to admit that I was excited to get this pot.But when I got it, I was a tad disappointed at first.It was very light weight, but is very solidly made.I read the minute instruction card, then went online to make sure what utensils I could use in it.It looks like Hexclad, but I am hesitant to use metal utensils in it, couldn't find anything one way or the other so decided to do without the metal and stuck to silicone.I have an induction stove and decided to try out some fried rice in it.I was happy to find that the pan did fit entirely on the largest burner.Even though it did not have the heavier weighted base like some of my other pans, it heated very well.I was very happy with the results, and the rice cooked exactly as I expected.While the rice was cooking, I placed the lid on top for about 10 minutes at Medium temperature.I was able to remove the lid without a pot holder, so it does dissipate the heat well.Once I was done cooking, cleanup was a breeze.A little soap and water with a rag, and it was clean with no residue.Overall, despite my quick judgement, this is a very nice pan, and I cannot wait to use it more!I would highly recommend to anyone who is just starting cooking or an experienced cook.It is a great value compared to other pans that I have bought in the past.

This review is for: Inqibee 6 QT Hybrid Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Non Stick Sauté Pan with Lid.First experience with a hybrid pan. My first impression on receiving this pan is that it seemed like very high quality, but the hybrid surface was a little intimidating. The inside surface somewhat looks and feels like it is covered in a very fine screen like material, which I was in a bit of disbelief could be non-stick. However, after trying it a couple times, I quickly found out I was wrong.Non-stick:No issues with food sticking at all. I even cooked eggs on it, with a light coat of oil just in case, and it handled them perfectly. I also seared steaks and chicken without using oil, and it still did great.Clean up:It cleaned up quick and easy every time. Once cooled, I just sprayed with hot water from the sink sprayer and then cleaned it with a soft, soapy sponge.Heat retention:It has a high heat retention which makes it great for searing meats. I was easily able to get a really great sear on everything I tried it with. Would also be great for stir frying or any other high heat cooking.Quality:High quality, heavy duty, well-made stainless-steel pan and lid. Professional quality and appearance. Seems versatile and would work very well with many different types of cooking methods and recipes.
