This is a double walled coffee mug. It feels lighter than expected but performs way better than expected. If your coffee gets cool, you can pop in in the microwave for 30 seconds and you will have a hot beverage with a mug that can pick up with your hand. The heat does not transfer to the glass. It also has a false bottom so it does not ruin your table top or counter. I cannot say enough good things about this.
Packaging was thoroughly done with double boxing, bubble wrap immediately around the cups, all encased in semi rigid styrofoam.They stack great. I was able to test it in a microwave and it worked flawlessly after 1minute 30 seconds.Stands up to hot and iced beverages and fits nicely in my hands. Can’t wait to have drinks with friends with these.

There are great coffee mugs, I wish they were a little bit larger, maybe 20 ounces, but I don't have any actual complaints about them as 16 ounce mugs. They keep your drink hot for a while, they don't transmit heat to your hand, and they are dishwasher safe without ending up full of water.I would definitely buy again!

I like these quite a bit, I put cinnamon and ginger in my coffee and the powder was sticking to the sides of my metal coffee cup and would not clean off without using strong cleaners. These glass cups clean up using dawn. There is plenty of room for 10ounces of coffee and a shot of my chocolate protein drink.
The flat bottoms are so stable. They keep hot drinks hot for much longer than others we've had.
