This kit made my 8 year old instant pot work good as new!

This kit has everything I needed to fix my old instant pot right up. My instant pot is about 8 years old and I had never replaced anything on it lol. It took forever to come up to pressure, would burn food, and had constant wisps of steam coming from the seal during cooking. I replaced the main gasket and the little one on the release valve and everything is working perfectly again! It was super easy to replace and fit perfect. I test fit the valves and everything for great, I kept the originals in since they didn't seem broken and only replaced the software. They appear to be the same material as the original so I imagine I will get 8 more years at least out of the new kit! Everything comes apart just like the original and is easy to clean. This was definitely worth getting to avoid replacing the entire pressure cooker.

Bad quality

Doesn't seal properly. The lid locking pin seals aren't wide enough to cover the hole properly, so steam escapes during cooking. The sealing ring poorly fits under the lid compared to OEM. This wasted hours of cooking dinner for a hungry family, so I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I am definitely returning this.

You get a lot for the money - and the parts work!

I decided to refresh a few of my Instant Pot parts (Duo 6qt), and this is a good value for that. I've always gotten by using just one seal, but I tend to cook all savory items. With the holidays approaching, I realized there are some sweet treats I'd like to make that don't taste like chicken biriyani. With three seals, I am more than covered. White = savory, red = sweet and blue = backup!As far as the other parts, they fit perfectly and work great. It looks as though the vent knob is rated for even higher pressure than the OEM, so that is comforting.The only part I can't use is the spring attachment that goes on the base of the screen inside the lid. Mine does not seem to come off, but the screen still fits just fine (see picture).These are great value for the money, and I recommend this set!
