Keeps drinks cool

I got this insulated cooler mostly for summer parties and sports events during the Florida summer months. I recently used it for backup water for my son’s birthday party at the park. It was 95 degrees and the water was icy cool after 4 hours in the son.The cooler is easy to open and close and the water dispenser is well made and easy to use. The cooler can also be used to keep beverages warm but I havent tested it yet. Overall this is a great addition to our summer parties.

Nice dispenser - couple things could be a bit better but overall does the job well

This drink dispenser from Kickmove is basically what I expected it to be with no real surprises. I like the dispenser and I particularly appreciated finding one that was lined with stainless steel. It holds liquids without spilling and it does insulate the liquid. Overall, I have no significant complaints for my purposes which is using it to store cold beverages. I am listing the observations I made below:HANDLESThe handles have ridges on the upper side to help keep your hand from slipping, especially when the dispenser is very full. Some people will be dissatisfied with the handles, though, because they are merely 90° indentations into the jug. There's no good way to curl your fingers into the handle to be absolutely sure that it doesn't slide out of your hands. I find the texture to be sufficient, but I have strong hands and I also have the 2.5 gallon, or smallest version, of this dispenser.SPIGOTThe exterior of the spigot is some kind of plastic. The interior tube is actually a dark metal with a metal washer. I don't know how much of the spigot is plastic and how much is metal, though, and I don't know how to determine that without ripping the dispenser apart. I wouldn't worry about using this for cold drinks, but I would worry about the possibility of hot drinks being in contact with plastic. I have no idea how much plastic the liquid would be in contact with.CLIPS & CLOSUREThis dispenser has really, really sturdy clips on the sides. I could potentially see people with arthritis or other hand issues having a little trouble with them. When they're secured, that lid is not going anywhere. Between the O-ring and the clips, I can actually fill half the dispenser with water and turn it on its side. No water comes out from around the lid, but it will come out the round black plug on top of the lid. That's there to let air into the dispenser as you pour liquid out so if I store the jug on its side, water will also leak out of it. In general, I think it's safe to assume that water will not spill out of the dispenser at all as long as the lid is put on correctly and someone's not trying to transport it horizontally.STAINLESS STEEL INTERIORIt's not a huge deal, but I would have preferred if the stainless interior didn't have a seam all the way down one side. When even cheap stainless steel pots and pans are made in one piece, I'm not sure why they chose a manufacturing method that left a seam. It seems like it could be either a weak spot or catch a make cleaning slightly harder. The seam is fairly smooth (although it can clearly be felt if you run your finger across it), but I would have preferred to see the insert be all in one piece.SEALI was fairly certain that the seal was silicone when I looked at it. Then I reread the listing to see how the manufacturer's claims line up with my experience in preparation for writing this review. The manufacturer says that the dispenser has a rubber seal. So the dispenser has some sort of semi-translucent, very flexible, silicone-like seal. When I received this product, there were thick black marks all the way around the seal from being in contact with the stainless interior. I haven't made much headway in removing them, but I can't say that they bother me too much either since I don't really expect the contents of the dispenser to be in contact with it.WEIGHTThis is a lighter weight than I expected it to be. That makes it seem like it might be inferior to one of the big name brand water dispensers, but I can't swear that the weight signifies the quality. The only thing that I can conclusively say about the weight is that it makes the dispenser a lot easier to carry.INSULATIONThis will keep drinks hot or cool relatively well. I haven't done thorough testing on exactly how well it maintains its temperature, but I am satisfied with it so far.

Keeps it Cold

I got to use this at a family dinner party, and it held plenty of water for our 30+ party. I hate tepid water, and this dispenser kept our drinks ice cold and fresh tasting. Also a huge plus in its favor, the spigot has a tight seal, so when you turn it off after getting a drink, there’s no dripping, not even a little! It saved me so much wiping! I can’t wait to try this on hot cocoa in the winter!
